绿碳化硅
绿碳化硅是以石油焦和优质硅石为主要原料,添加食盐作为添加剂,在电阻炉内经高温冶炼而成。呈绿色结晶,性脆而锋利,并具有一定的导热性和导电性。微观形状呈六方晶体,碳化硅的莫氏硬度为9.3,显微密硬度为2940—3300kg/mm2,努普硬度为2670—2815kg/mm2,在磨料中高于刚玉而仅次于金刚石、立方氮化硼和碳化硼。密度一般认为是3.20-3.25g/cm3.碳化硅磨料的自然堆积密度在1.2--1.6g/cm3之间,比重为3.20~3.25g/cm3。
绿碳化硅微粉是选用优质大结晶碳化硅块经破碎,立式球磨机颗粒整形,酸洗水分,水力精密分级,自然沉降后高温烘干而成,品质稳定,结晶好,表面清洁度高,无大颗粒,细粒含量少,粒度分布集中,研磨效率高,适合各种精密研磨加工,加工的工件表面均匀,无划伤。
绿碳化硅球状砂及微粉为经雷蒙磨二次整形产品,颗粒棱角少,亲水性好,具有研磨效率高,工作寿命长等特点。

Brief introduction of green silicon carbide
Green Silicon Carbide abrasives is an extremely hard (Knoop 2600 or Mohs 9.4) man made mineral that possesses high thermal conductivity (100 W/m-K).
Green Silicon carbide also has high strength at elevated temperatures (at 1000°C,Green Silicon carbide is 7.5 times stronger than Al2O3).
Green Silicon carbide has a modulus of elasticity of 410 GPa, with no decrease in strength up to 1600°C;
Green Silicon carbide does not melt at normal pressures but instead dissociates at 2815.5°C.
Green Silicon carbide is an entirely new batch composition made from Silica sand and coke, and is extremely pure.
Green Silicon carbide can be manufactured in many complex bonded shapes, which are utilized for superrefractory purposes.
